Website Information

At present, the Rapid Lightning website does not provide user accounts, purchases, analytics, advertising trackers, email-registration forms, or file-upload features.

If you contact Rapid Lightning by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, project details, and support question. We may retain correspondence and related business records as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain security, improve documentation and services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Rapid Lightning does not sell personal information or intentionally use support correspondence for advertising.

The website is hosted by a web hosting provider that may process technical information associated with website access, such as IP addresses, browser information, device information, and timestamps. At present, Rapid Lightning does not intentionally operate a separate analytics, advertising, or tracking service on the website.

RL Create3D

RL Create3D is designed for local processing. During normal operation, photographs, project files, and generated models are processed on the user's computer and are not uploaded to Rapid Lightning.

RL Create3D reads source photographs as inputs. It creates local working copies and other project files needed for processing, then produces local reports, caches, logs, and exports. Rapid Lightning does not claim ownership of the user's photographs, project files, or generated models.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups and reviewing generated outputs before relying on them. Local working files may also be included in backups created by the user's operating system or backup service, such as iCloud, Time Machine, or an external backup drive.

The current RL Create3D release does not include user accounts, telemetry, crash reporting, analytics, advertising, or an email-registration system.

Third-Party Components and Stores

RL Create3D may include or invoke locally operating third-party processing components. These components run locally on the user's computer as part of the application workflow and are not cloud services. Applicable third-party license notices and source-availability information are provided separately where required.

If RL Create3D is obtained through the Apple App Store or Microsoft Store, Apple or Microsoft may process account, payment, distribution, licensing, download, and update information under their respective policies. Rapid Lightning does not control the information those companies process through their store services.

Information Security

Rapid Lightning takes reasonable measures appropriate to its operations to protect information under its control. No method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free. Users should protect access to their computers, project folders, email accounts, and backups.

Changes to This Policy

Rapid Lightning may update this Privacy Policy as its website, applications, support services, or distribution channels develop. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
